Question for those in the know.... I had my system up and running last week using a simple dial-in = connection with a USR14400 modem. I could dial-in to the system and = connect via ppp and go off and do what ever I wanted. At some point = over the last week (I didn't do anything to change the configuration as = far as I can remember) the USR modem does not completely connect. When = I dial in, I hear the modem mating call begin, but the modem attached to = the unix system gets its dtr dropped and the modem hangs up. Needless = to say, this is not to good :-) Does anyone out there have an idea of where I should look for the = problem?? Please respond directly to me at williams@gki.com Thanks in advance Tim williams@gki.com
