There are a few things I am changing with this update that will help manage=
 the
ports associated with this port.

 First off I want to explain that these ports are all updated synchronously
upstream regardless of commits between versions of each independent port.
Because of this, I'v decided to add a Makefile.include that is imported by =
all
ports that determine the port version. I also added a make arg, makesum-all
that will run makesum on these ports. This patch will help keep these ports
updated and cut down time spent on repetitive tasks.

Affected ports:
net-mgmt/seafile-server, net-mgmt/ccnet-server, www/py-seafdav, www/py-seaf=
obj,
www/seahub

* Updated to 6.0.9
* Added Makefile.include
* Added make arg, makesum-all
