Yes. First, under no circumstances does this belong on -stable, unless you're sure that it built previously, but something that changed on RELENG_4 broke it. Second, questions of this sort should usually start on -questions, or possibly with the port's maintainer, who you should contact about this in any case, since that's the person most likely to need to know it's broken and offer a fix.
