The ppp (tunneling version) does not log to
syslog. I had sent the question to questions@freebsd.org
but no one responded with a satisfactory answer.
In syslg.conf:
!ppp
*.* /var/log/ppp.log
In ppp.conf
Label:
.
.
.
set log Phase Chat Connect Carrier LCP IPCP CCP tun command
And yet after ppp dials up and connects, /var/log/ppp.log is empty.
Syslogd is running.
What else am I missing?
