Thanks to Per Hedeland and comp.mail.sendmail the answer is to do
something like: 

VIRTUSER_DOMAIN_FILE(`/etc/mail/trusted-users')
FEATURE(`virtuser_entire_domain')

Now to the better question... Does it do what I want it to ;)
