Hi,

I'm using X Window with native Russian support. It works fine under FreeBSD.
For configure X use xf86config or XF86Setup. I have used XF86Setup. It is samplepath to :). 

Do you forget set environmant varable LANG=ru_RU.KOI8-R ?
