>Description:
docbook-xsl is included in scrollkeeper's makefile.
docbook-xml is _NOT_. it is included from docbook-xsl makefile, but is _NOT_ installed as a dependency and causes scrollkeeper build to fail.
>How-To-Repeat:
cd /usr/ports/textproc/scrollkeeper
make
[...]
     ===>  Patching for scrollkeeper-0.3.9,1
===> Applying FreeBSD patches for scrollkeeper-0.3.9,1
backing up XML Catalog root /usr/local/share/xml/catalog

creating XML Catalog root /usr/local/share/xml/catalog
creating DocBook XML Catalog /usr/local/share/xml/docbook/catalog
could not locate docbookx.dtd for DocBook XML

>Fix:
Please correct the dependencies. I'm not submitting a patch, because
I don't have knowledge to say whether docbook-xml should be a dependency of scrollkeeper or docbook-xsl.
