This was inspired by the way I used to select the current line with my mouse pointer to make sure I didn't hit the wrong docs/XXXXX link. The
formatted html output looks suboptimal to me and seems a bit
hard to use effectively, since I have to click, select and scroll too
much to pick the right PR to open (usually by middle-clicking on it's
number to load a new mozilla tab). So, I changed query-pr a bit and
the output of this hacked version can be seen at:

http://people.freebsd.org/~keramida/cgi/query-pr-summary.cgi?responsible=freebsd-docs

I shamelessly copied the style of CVSweb's output, but if you don't like
this we can always tweak it to our preference. What I'm aiming at is a
format that clearly separates in some visually obvious way every PR from
it's previous and next lines.

The changes I made to query-pr-summary.cgi are available at:

http://people.freebsd.org/~keramida/query-pr-html.patch

Does anyone like this better than what we have now, or do you absolutely
and mind-boggingly hate it?
