I've also attached the patch to this email. Thats. I didnt realise it was a known problem - and an *old* known problem at that it seems! In the end I simply decided to direct all the requests to the other IP address, which isn't too much of a problem as the box is routing between them anyway. I wonder why this patch was never committed ? -pcf.
