ccd is a pseudo-device. It is not supposed to be labeled.

Two things:

Do you have a kernel with pseudo-device ccd 4 ?

Do you have the devices /dev/ccd* ?

Do the disks sd0 and sd1 have filesystems (4.2BSD) in their disklabels?
