  hello,

 I'm trying to install mico-2.2.3 from ports directory under FreeBSD-3.1
and it crashes on configure. He couldn't find cpp.
	checking for cpp... none
	configure: warning: Cannot find working cpp.

***Error code 1

  P.S. cpp lives in
/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/i386-unknown-freebsd3.1/2.8.1/cpp
