 I've had the same issue when using the older generation 5 HP servers but we=
  recently upgraded to gen7 and gen8 servers and they run freebsd9.1 without=
  any issues. I'm also sure, I've tested this on HP DL360G5 servers which ar=
 e Intel based and they do the same thing too.
