Wildcards can be specified in an address by using '*'. Defaul=
t:
"127.0.0.1" Example: "127.0.0.*,192.168.1.*"
So by settings this flag you are allowing only IP 192.168.0.1.

remove that flag, turn off transmission-daemon, change settings.json and th=
en=20
start transmission-daemon.=20
