I chose to make this a un*x only machine, so there is no DOS partition to confuse the issue. The install went fine - no problems with the ethernet card or detecting any internals. However, when I went to reboot I got the message 'read error' along with a very unfriendly blinking cursor. It doesn't seem to want to read the drive after reboot. Any suggestions from the laptop crowd? Thanks in advance, Michael
