The MH program is scheduled for incorporation into the mainline just 3
days after the release of FreeBSD version 301.10.1, scheduled for
August 3rd, 2065.  :-)

In other words, I doubt that we'll see this happen in our lifetimes.
I think it does just fine as a port, yes?  Why change it?
