You probably mean this one: 20020831: gcc has been upgraded to 3.2. It is not all binary compatible with earlier versions of gcc for c++ programs. All c++ programs and libraries need to be recompiled. Also, if you encounter g++ issues, rm /usr/include/g++/* before doing an installworld to make sure that stale files are removed.
