Either I don't see it, or no one has done it yet:

I REALLY would like to be able to do disk partitioning (diskpart(8))
in the same way sysinstall handles it (i.e. specifying the partition's
sizes or cylinders).

Is such a program hiding, or has anyone written this yet?
