At the moment, review D18367 proposes USE_GCC=3D7 for lang/rust and this bug proposes USE_GCC=3Dyes (lang/gcc8 after bug 231590) = via USES=3Dcompiler:c++11-lang for consumers. Can you unify on one GCC version, preferably via USES=3Dcompiler:c++11-lang?
