For some known licenses, there is, see Templates/Licenses. For others,
the framework will just generate a short text telling it's a well-known=
license the user would find on the web.

IMHO, yes. It makes sure to package a full text. Plus there might be
additional remarks to a well-known license that are, even if not legally relevant, interesting for the user.
