There are a lot of unported languages, debuggers, and useful programming utilities out there for which the biggest obstacle is having to write ad-hoc code specifically for FreeBSD's current binary format. Whenever I port a new language, this is usually the first thing I have to modify. At some point, you really start wishing for a standard executable format. Jeffrey
