vi /etc/sysconfig

change the 
tcp_extensions=YES
to
tcp_extensions=NO

and reboot. If you want to do it at run-time :

sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.rfc1323=0
sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.rfc1644=0
