Thanks for the suggestion of SugarCRM. I think this may work out great for him with a couple of modules. :) Only thing left is to figure out how to print labels/mail merge from it, but their community may have a solution. One thing I did notice as well, the SugarCRM website has the latest version as 3.5.1, and the version ports is only 2.5.1b_1.
