Yeah, why would it? (And what the hell was the pabell guy talking about?) I'm using FreeBSD with ADSL - in fact, I installed FreeBSD via FTP over my ADSL (and my NIC's an NE2000 compatible to boot). So if you have a problem, that ain't it.
