No, the postmaster has nothing to do with the web interface of the PR.

The web interface is disabled because it was abused by a troll to fill
our gnats database with tons of bogus "PRs".  I've installed gnats at
home and have been trying to find a reasonable chunk of time to change
the submission process for the web form to require a verification step
that would make it an awful lot more difficult for bogus PRs to enter
the databasee but be relatively easy for legitimate submitters who are
just being helpful with developing FreeBSD.

If you can help with code or ideas towards this end, I'd be *very*
glad to get any sort of assistance.
