https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=204306 Bug ID: 204306 Summary: [patch] ports-mgmt/pkg-plist: change maintainer Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Keywords: patch Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: ports@toco-domains.de CC: martin@arp242.net Keywords: patch Flags: maintainer-feedback?(martin@arp242.net) CC: martin@arp242.net Created attachment 162810 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=162810&action=edit patch to take maintainership Hello, i will took the maintainership of this port. I asked the current maintainer if i could take the maintainership and he answered: > Yeah sure; I haven't seriously used FreeBSD in almost 2 years, and have > little interest in returning to it... Before committing this one i would like to discuss if this port is needed anymore. As far as i see it generates the plist for ports. But in my option this is already done by "make makeplist" in a more accurate way. Maybe we should remove the port? What is your opinion? If we want to keep it, i will maintain it.
