The file _is_ too big by almost 5k.  Try downloading again.  The most
likely problem is that it was transferred in ascii mode; Dos/Windoze
machines will will add extra characters when translating newlines to
CR-LF's.  GUI clients usually have a binary/ascii/auto selection to set
the mode, or use "binary" or "ascii" to set it from the ftp prompt.
