No they don`t. Here again is my login class:
unknown:\
         :passwd_format=md5:\
         :copyright=/etc/COPYRIGHT:\
         :welcome=/etc/motd:\

/usr/local/bin /usr/X11R6/bin:\
         :nologin=/var/run/nologin:\
         :cputime=15m:\

         :stacksize=2m:\
         :memorylocked=4m:\
         :memoryuse=5m:\
         :filesize=8m:\
         :coredumpsize=8m:\
         :openfiles=38:\

         :ttys.accounted=ttyv*,ttyp*:\
         :lang=pl_PL.ISO8859-2:

Where lies the error?

Some limits are working:
cputime 15:00
filesize 8192 kbytes
datasize 8192 kbytes
stacksize 2048 kbytes
coredumpsize 8192 kbytes
memoryuse 5120 kbytes
vmemoryuse 8192 kbytes
descriptors 38
memorylocked 4096 kbytes
maxproc 20
sbsize unlimited

But not the ones used for password control...
