Well, that's what I was doing. And yes, since it hasn't been documented anywhere (not even in the commit log), I'm a little jumpy. We're still telling people in the documentation that Userconfig is functional, and I believe it still is in -STABLE. But there's nothing in UPDATING, and to me it looks like you've decided we don't need it any more.
