USA phone codes 'na.phone' is not in src/.
4.0 CD #2 (live)/usr/ also has no inter.phone.
Current/ports/ does have
	misc/ uk-phone uk-postcodes us-zipcodes	# but no us-phone
	german/phone # also exist BTW
I suggest we create
	ports/misc/us-phone/*
	ports/misc/inter-phone/*
from
	cvs/src/share/misc/Attic/na.phone,v
	cvs/src/share/misc/Attic/inter.phone,v
na.phone,v has:
@In these enlightened times there are more and better places to find
		this information. PR 2789 mentions:
     http://www.pacbell.com/about-pb/areacodes/
     http://www.bellcore.com/NANP/
But not everyone with phone access has easy web access,
So lets put these in ports/ & insert a disclaimer: check URL for newer info.

I can create the ports, if someone will commit them ?
I'm not on ports@ list so I've cc'd myself jhs@jhs.muc.de
to (hopefully) get copy of replies.
