you can ask all you want, but since i'm no longer maintaining the port, 
it's not likely to do much good ;-)

the current maintainer is rodrigc@attbi.com (i've cc'd him), and i'm 
sure he'd love to help with your problem.

that said, the issue is that the apr port cannot be installed alongside 
the apache2 port, so you either need to fix the apache2 port to use the 
libapr/libaprutil from the apr port, or fix the subversion port to use 
the libapr/libaprutil from apache2.
