Hello,

Im considering decreasing the default MSL value so that my tcp
connections exit faster from the TIME_WAIT state

Would this be right way to do this?

in /usr/src/sys/netinet

Another words set the TCPTV_MSL to 20 seconds, thus lowering 2MSL for
TIME_WAIT to 40s from 60s.
