The way I read that web page they have Postscript 2 for Win9x/Mac OS.
That means to me that the postscript is being done at the driver level
in Windows and on the Mac but not at the hardware level on the
printer. You need Postscript 2 hardware in your printer for *nix to
use it.

There is a LexMark Optra and the Xerox C20 that have Postscript 2
hardware.
