I got the directions to install all the bin.* files onto the floppies in their
own bin subdirectories.  However, there are a couple of other files in the bin
directory on the FTP server --namely, install.sh, bin.inf, and checksum.md5

Should I put these on a floppy?  If so, where (what directory) should I put them
into?
