FreeBSD Mail ArchivesAdding Freebsd-net to the thread . Any response on the
SACK question appreciated. If SACK has not been integrated, it would help if
someone could help me understand the issues against why this hasnt been done
as of yet.

Thanks

I was forwarded the following mail from the FreeBSD mail archives, and I
was wondering if as of todays date, SACK has been integrated into any of the
recent BSD builds. I plan to install FreeBSD 4.3 and would specifically be
interested in knowing if SACK is supported on this release.

  Thanks
  -Arvind

Yes. There is work going on to support this and patches will probably
be available sometime in the near future. We actually have a working
implementation and I believe it just needs to be tested more before it
is unleashed upon the world.
