Hmm, might have some trouble there, someone else please answer this, I'm 
not to experienced with EIDE + FreeBSD.

Yes there is a boot manager program. Yes you can mount MSDOS filesystems 
from within FreeBSD.

I don't know about NetWare, but I know the SMB (WFW) protocol is 
supported. Through the Samba utility, you can mount WFW shares, and 
export FreeBSD shares as WFW shares to the WFW machines.
