Yesterday i could telnet port 143, and it would return the cyrus-imap message. Now, however, i get this: Trying 127.0.0.1... Connected to localhost. Escape character is '^]'. Connection closed by foreign host. I don't think it's a cyrus specfic problem, because i've tried courier and uw and they both render the same error. I think my entry in inetd.conf is correct, and it's running, along with the imap daemon. I don't have a firewall running, and I've put an ALL : ALL : allow in my hosts.allow, to make sure it wasn't that. any ideas...? thanks, Sn __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
