[Whoops - I didn't notice this was a mailing-list-message.  Here is a
repeat of what I sent John as explanation]

He's offered to integrate it in the handbook (in a PR thats a month or
two old), and asked that the link was changed to point to his site
until we decided whether it should be integrated or the tutorial
should be upgraded in place or integrated there.

I granted him this, as it seemed like a logical temporary solution to
me.
