https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D219732 Bug ID: 219732 Summary: textproc/hs-pandoc: Update to latest release Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: haskell@FreeBSD.org Reporter: brandon.wandersee@gmail.com Assignee: haskell@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(haskell@FreeBSD.org) Pandoc is under constant development, yet the version of Pandoc currently in the ports tree is nearly two years old and is quite a few releases (3 major= , 16 minor) behind the current stable release. Hundreds of tweaks, fixes and features have been added in the meantime. I'd like to request that textproc/hs-pandoc be updated to the latest release (1.19.2.1). As a side note, the last update to the textproc/hs-pandoc port added the optional dependency of TeXLive packages for the generation of PDFs. Newer releases of Pandoc are also able to use converters/wkhtmltopdf to generate = PDFs from HTML5 and CSS3, so perhaps another option could be added to the `make config` menu to allow users to select either one of these dependencies, or possibly both if so desired. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
