I recently got a SMC 8416T ethernet card and set it for ed0 (irq = 3 and
I/O = 240) in /etc/sysconfig.  When Freebsd boots, I get the following
message:

Starting Routing Daemon: Route ED0: NICE Memory Corrupt
ED0: NIC Memory Corrupt - Invalid Packet Length 4864

I read the man pages for ed0, but am still unclear as to how to resolve
this problem.  Can someone help?
