Yes, this applied to mdoc.samples.7. And I strongly disagree to
use hardcoded text:

1. It makes size of pages bigger.
2. If I wanna change this text -- I have to go thru all pages and change it
(It's really hard - beleive me) :(
3. In this case I don't enough reason to replace .Rv in mdoc.samples.7 with
generated message. Anyway -- appliction .Rv macro to 7th section not
documented and of course should not be used.

Which one ?
