Check what it is at the moment. I have a PC with a SCSI CD-ROM (scsi bios enabled) and it can boot from a CD-ROM. I do not understand how CD-ROM becomes A: and Floppy becomes B: Maybe you should also disable the 2nd floppy! Your boot sequence should start with SCSI,C,A which should work!!! I'm sorry if I have not helped you but it is your English which is a bit difficult to comprehend.
