It appears that someone may be attempting to use your system to relay through (ie/ send SPAM) - Spammers often use non-existent domainnames/fake local usernames etc etc etc, to try & hide their tracks!! If you want to check whether you system is capable of allowing this type of unwanted access ,try installing "rlytest". As long as your sendmail is configured to refuse this sort of relay its fine... they will go somewhere else... if they can use your system they will ram masses of crap through your system into their victims system.
