Hi all, on newer Dell hardware, like the 1955, the nic's are not enumerated right. Physical port 1 becomes em0, and physical port 2 becomes em0. On systems with 4 nics stuff even becomes more confusing. I found some solutions for Linux (see http://linux.dell.com/files/ whitepapers/nic-enum-whitepaper-v3.pdf) but not for FreeBSD. Could someone enlighten me please? thanks Patrick
