im getting an error on boot up & useing pine error is as follows:

june 15 05:20:26 Halo sendmail[174]: NOQUEUE: SYSERR(root): hash map
"Alias0": unsafe map file /etc/aliases: no such file or directory

any ideas of what is wrong?
