It is pretty confusing (and disappointing) to learn that it doesn=E2=80=99t= work. Mostly because, after learning to decipher AMD=E2=80=99s goofy code names, = I was finally able to buy a card with a code name that appeared in the amd firmwa= re package. It=E2=80=99s really not clear to me which ones are supported and which aren= =E2=80=99t. I=E2=80=99ve spent a couple dozen hours at least reading through source code, articles a= bout Linux 5.10, etc. So I don=E2=80=99t think I=E2=80=99ve been lazy - but mayb= e there is some obvious documentation that I completely overlooked. In any case, I am going to try my luck with an nvidia card. They appear to = be clear on exactly which products they support (unlike AMD, whose branding and code names are absolute madness.. and that=E2=80=99s before you even get in= to porting it to FreeBSD). --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
