No, but I can describe the process. 1) Backup /etc to somewhere safe. 2) Make & boot the 2.1.5 boot floppy. 3) At the menu, select the "upgrade" option. 4) Follow the prompts, mounting and not newfsing your existing partitions. 5) Take note of which /etc files couldn't be converted. 6) At the prompt, copy back services from your backup etc directory, and merge your sysconfig as appropriate.
