While attempting to install the textproc/docproj port, I ran into a couple of problems. 'make JADETEX=yes' with no target works. 'make JADETEX=yes install' doesn't. First problem was, it stopped with an error that it couldn't find libxml > 2.4.13. I manually changed to the textproc/libxml2 directory and did 'make; make install' and that made that problem go away. Second problem, and one I'm reluctant to work around, is: Now when I try to 'make JADETEX=yes install' in textproc/docproj, It stops with: ===> Extracting for jadetex-3.11 >> Checksum mismatch for jadetex-3.11.tar.gz. Make sure the Makefile and distinfo file (/usr/ports/print/jadetex/distinfo) are up to date. If you are absolutely sure you want to override this check, type "make NO_CHECKSUM=yes [other args]". *** Error code 1 Also, I deleted the jadetex-3.11.tar.gz file, then cvsupped the ports tree, and tried again. Same thing. I'm not "absolutely sure" that's a good idea.
