It takes a while for the box to realize the card has been ejected, ~2-10 minutes. if I startup the ipaq and bring up the wireless card -before- the fbsd box everything is fine. as for the panic, the box rebooted awfully quick, maybe coulda been anything no kernel gdb sorry. and I have not been able to reproduce it as of yet. This behavior seems to affect openbsd the same way. and for the record linux sucks. I would love to see the daemon on my ipaq. Paul H.
