While you are at it, you seem to have added
<url url="../docproj.html" name="the FreeBSD Documentation Project">
in the documentation project section.  Is this kind of relative URL
acceptable?  It looks ok, of course, on the web, but when you create
the html version on your system, in /usr/share/doc/handbook, this will
cause to have a dead link in the document.
