Well, if they didn't see fit to place any sort of copyright on it then
I think the BSD one is as good as any.  If this really didn't come
from CSRG then we could always take the University copyright
assignment out but leave the redistribution terms the same.

Andrew, can you find out _for sure_ where these files came from and
let Marc know?  Thanks!
